i-schedule is a personal planner for use by professionals and small and mid-size companies. Its characteristic is to 'publish', through a web site, the availability of a given professional for Internet appointment making.

Conditions
for using i-schedule
If you access this site, use i-schedule
in any way or download any elements of this site, you recognized being
bound by the conditions described herein. All of the clauses of this text
represent the conditions by which you or your company are bound with 'Groupe
d'investissements Principio inc.'
Registration
Each new registration to i-schedule
is for one person and one person only and for all his/her clients or potential
clients. If more than one person is to make use i-schedule,
than every person need to register and pay the appropriate fees. It is
forbidden to transfer or 'rent' in any way your i-schedule
account. Never will an i-schedule's
registered user allow use of his/her user name and access code by a third
party. If such was the case, registration would cease immediately without
any recourse or compensation.
Each new user of i-schedule must fill out the registration form and fill in all the required information. This form is necessary to establish a user account. If some or all of the information is not valid, registration will not be completed. Each new user attests to the authenticity and validity of the information in the form and that it is his/hers exclusively. Each new user attest being of legal age wherever he/she intent to use i-schedule.
Before using i-schedule, you must validate that your computer, your software and your Internet connection are compatible with i-schedule. Should you have any problems, you must inform the 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' of this prior registration is to take place. Any additional fees to properly make use of i-schedule are entirely your responsibility.
The 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' can cancel registration if a user make use of i-schedule in an unlawful manner or in a manner that limits access or usage by others. As well, cancellation can arise from your account being more that 45-days past due. If such were the case, the user would regain access to his/her account as soon as all amounts due are paid in full. The user can cancel his/her registration with i-schedule by sending a written notice to the offices of 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' Cancellation will take effect the first working day of the month following the reception of the letter. If unpaid amounts remain, cancellation will not take place before these amounts are paid in full.
Private
life and personal information
The 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' fully respect the 'Protection
of Personal Information in the Private Sector' Act in place in the province
of Quebec, Canada. As such, all information provided by the users of i-schedule
will never be transmits to third parties. No other companies, partners,
or providers have access to that confidential information. This information
enable the 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' to send you personalized
information on other goods and services provided by the 'Groupe d'investissements
Principio inc.' and its sub companies. Should you wish to stop receiving

Security

of your clients or illegal use of your account. The servers chosen by

on the content, the procedures, or the services included in this site.

for omission, or error of any nature towards yourself or a third party.

normal use of the service. It is understood that a normal use of i-schedule
include the following activities or functions: the personalization, the

up which takes place in a normal client-provider relationship. Otherwise,

of this site, by yourself or any other user of your account.
Username
and Password
The safekeeping of your and your clients' user name and password are your
responsibility. The 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' cannot be
held responsible for the non authorized use of your account or of the
ones of your clients. In the very unlikely occurrence that such a breach
would occur, you must contact us immediately to prevent a unlawful use
of your identity. The 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' will not
be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the non-respect
of these security measures.
On-line
communication through this site
i-schedule's services and
site cannot be used at any time to promote or sale any goods or services,
to lead a marketing or any other type of research, to launch a contest,

any other illegal or undesired activities. It is also forbidden to perform
any act that can cause tort or loss of access to this site or i-schedule

Confusion
The user of i-schedule gives
up the right to evoke confusion to be exempt from one or all of the clauses
herein. If you start using i-schedule,
it unconditionally stipulates that you accept this agreement and deem
it fare and juste. In your opinion, if one of the clauses leads to confusion,
it is your obligation to inform us of your concern in writing before using
i-schedule. In this message,
you will explain what, in your judgment lead to confusion. The 'Groupe
d'investissements Principio inc.' will than explain further the clause
in a reasonable time frame. If this explanation is satisfactory, you can
move ahead and start using i-schedule.
If not, you can repeat the process.
Various
provisions
The fact that one or more of the clauses could be declared null and invalid
by a competent courthouse does not affect the rest of the agreement. This
agreement is written under the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
You hereby accept that, in the case of legal dispute, the laws of the
province of Quebec, district of Montreal are applicable.
Territory
The web site i-schedule,
which is a property of the 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.',
is administered from the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, Canada.
Service
agreement
Here is the content of the services provided by i-schedule
and how we operate under our agreement:
1) The initial fees are invoiced upon the activation or reactivation of
your user account. Reactivation would apply if your account was closed
for whatever reason (for cancellation by either party, including cancellation
for non-payments) and you would want to reactivate it.
Initial fees
include:
- The opening of your user account, with all the pertinent information.
- The initial programming of i-schedule
based on your specifications but within the limit of
the system.
- An initial telephone training session for a maximum of one hour. Any
additional training will be invoiced at the current rate for this activity.
- An initial information gathering on your company and the services that
you offer.
2) Monthly fees for using i-schedule include your personal usage of your virtual planner and the usage by your clients of the 'clients' version of i-schedule on your web site. The monthly fee does not include the installation of the 'clients' version of i-schedule on your web site. We can make this installation, for a fee, or you can have it done by your webmaster.
3) Installing i-schedule on your web site. If you so chose, we can install the 'clients' version on your web site. In order to do this, we need to have access to your web site and to where it his hosted. But should you prefer to have this done by your webmaster, we can provide all the graphics and links to make this an easy installation. Please note that the fees are for installation of the existing button on your web site. It does not include modification, adaptation, or repositioning on your site. As well, if you chose an outside firm, the 'Groupe d'investissements Principio inc.' cannot be held responsible for faulty installation, error on your site, or any other problems resulting from this installation.
4) Additional training. If you believe that training your staff is a good initiative or if web surfing is not an activity that you are familiar with, we can provide additional training at a reasonable cost. Invoicing will be done by the hour, with a minimum of 3 hours to have a trainer to your place of business.
