- Timeslots duration: they can vary from 5 minutes to 3 hours in duration. And weeks can be different duration wise. All you have to do is to build each week according to your specifications. As well, if you have reservations lasting all day (as for a Spa or B&B), build your planner to be for one appointment daily (by making your appointment duration for 1 hour and have your planner start at 8:00 a.m. and finish at 9:00 a.m. for example). i-schedule is easy and flexible.
- Appointments' duration: The 'cycle' function enable appointment of variable length. Your meetings can last 60 or 90 minutes? Build you planner in 30 minutes intervals and allow your clients to select 2 to 3 cycles.
Planner clients' version on you web site. Each client sees himself/herself when making an appointment but does not see the identity of the other clients. This is to protect your clients' confidentiality.
Your version of i-schedule. You get to see all your clients' information in your version of i-schedule. Your clients' appointments are automatically entered in your planner at the proper date, time and for the right duration.
